Watching Phil's films is a 'Master Class' for anybody who has ever handled a cine or video camera. For many years Phil Tatt showed his cine films at meetings of railway enthusiasts. These were always special events. Now 30939archives is delighted to bring Phil's superb film collection to a wider audience. Phil Tatt's photography deserves one's undivided attention and in this spirit we present his films without a narration or soundtrack.
