The East Troy Electric Railroad runs from downtown East Troy to an interchange with the CN at Mukwonago on the last original electrified trackage in Wisconsin. They provide passenger excursions using old interurban equipment from the Milwaukee and Chicago areas. Here, recently restored Milwaukee streetcar No. 846 crosses Division Street in East Troy, just after rolling out of the carbarn for the first excursion of the day. We get on board and ride to the Elegant Farmer station near Mukwonago. Along the way we stop to line the point trailing spring switch at East Army Lake Siding, and pick up a MoW crew with a brush chipper at Beulah Lake Siding.

A short colour news feature depicting the introduction of the PEP Stock to British Rail's Southern Region in the early 1970's. These prototype electric multiple units were forerunners of the BR Second Generation electric multiple unit fleet. Three units were built, one two-car unit (2001), and two four-car units (4001/4002). Riding the MTA Long Island RailRoad's Ronkonkoma Branch, Bombardier M-7 Electric Multiple Unit cars were heading towards Penn Station in Midtown Manhattan. This clip takes us along the Main Line and getting ready to pass by the Sunnyside Rail Yard in Long Island City, Queens. In that rail yard, you can see the NJ Transit trains as well as AmTrak trains on a layover. AmTrak I believe owns that rail yard. Bombardier M-7 Electric Multiple Unit cars along the Hempstead Branch was leaving Jamaica Station and was on its way towards Hempstead Station in Hempstead, Nassau County (Long Island).
